GWU is a private not-for-profit institution located in Washington, District of Columbia. The school has a large population, and it awarded 659 graduate certificates in 2020-2021.
Graduate Certificate recipients from GWU accumulate an average of $29,615 in student debt by the time they complete their degree. Of those students who received their degree, 63% were women.

You’ll be in good company if you attend Strayer University - Global Region. The school came in at #2 on this year’s Most Popular Graduate Certificate Schools in District of Columbia list. Strayer University - Global Region is a fairly large private for-profit school located in Washington, District of Columbia that handed out 281 graduate certificates in 2020-2021.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Gallaudet University. It ranked #5 on our 2023 Most Popular Graduate Certificate Schools in District of Columbia list. Located in Washington, District of Columbia, the small private not-for-profit school handed out 11 graduate certificate awards in 2020-2021.

With a ranking of #11, Trinity Washington University did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for students working on their graduate certificate.
Trinity College does have options available for those who want to take online graduate classes. You will need to check with the school to see if they are available for your specific major. Of all the graduate students enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 99% took at least some of their classes online.
