To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Music program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Indiana University - Bloomington the most popular school in the United States for music students working on their graduate certificate. Located in the small city of Bloomington, IU Bloomington is a public college with a very large student population.
About 47% of the students majoring in music at the school are women while 53% are male.
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Carnegie Mellon University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Music Graduate Certificate Schools list. Located in the city of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population.
