The in-demand master’s degree programs at Old Dominion University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular general engineering schools in the Southeast Region . Located in the midsize city of Norfolk, Old Dominion is a public school with a very large student population.

About 28% of the students majoring in engineering at the school are women while 72% are male.

A rank of #3 on this year’s list means University of Alabama in Huntsville is a great place for general engineering students working on their master’s degree. UAH is a medium-sized public school located in the city of Huntsville.

Fayetteville, AR

A rank of #4 on this year’s list means University of Arkansas is a great place for general engineering students working on their master’s degree. Located in the small city of Fayetteville, UARK is a public school with a very large student population.
