Our analysis found Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus to be the most popular school for electrical engineering students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Southeast Region . Located in the large city of Atlanta, Georgia Tech is a public college with a very large student population.

Women make up 19% of the EE majors at the school.

Gainesville, FL

Out of the 44 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Florida landed the # 2 spot on the list. UF is a very large public school located in the city of Gainesville.

Of the 165 students majoring in EE at UF, 75% are male and 25% are female.

Out of the 44 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, North Carolina State University landed the # 3 spot on the list. NC State is a fairly large public school located in the city of Raleigh.

Women make up 22% of the EE majors at the school.

Out of the 44 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Duke University landed the # 4 spot on the list. Duke is a large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Durham.

A rank of #5 on this year’s list means University of South Florida - Main Campus is a great place for electrical engineering students working on their master’s degree. USF Tampa is a very large public school located in the city of Tampa.

Virginia Tech did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for electrical engineering students to get a master’s degree. It came in at #6 on the list. Located in the small city of Blacksburg, Virginia Tech is a public college with a fairly large student population.

About 19% of the students majoring in EE at the school are women while 81% are male.

About 24% of the students majoring in EE at the school are women while 76% are male.
