Our 2023 rankings named Purdue University - Main Campus the most popular school in the Great Lakes Region for general engineering students working on their master’s degree. Purdue is a fairly large public school located in the small city of West Lafayette.

About 34% of the students majoring in engineering at the school are women while 66% are male.

Out of the 20 schools in the Great Lakes Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee landed the # 2 spot on the list. UWM is a very large public school located in the large city of Milwaukee.
