Out of the 26 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Florida landed the # 2 spot on the list. UF is a very large public school located in the city of Gainesville.

Of the 35 students majoring in chem eng at UF, 66% are male and 34% are female.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Popular Chemical Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region list. Located in the large city of Atlanta, Georgia Tech is a public college with a very large student population.
