Out of the 24 schools in the Far Western US Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Stanford University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Stanford is a large private not-for-profit school located in the suburb of Stanford.

Out of the 24 schools in the Far Western US Region that were part of this year’s ranking, San Jose State University landed the # 3 spot on the list. Located in the city of San Jose, San Jose State is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 80 students majoring in engineering tech at San Jose State, 41% are male and 59% are female.

Out of the 24 schools in the Far Western US Region that were part of this year’s ranking, California State University - Northridge landed the # 4 spot on the list. CSUN is a very large public school located in the large city of Northridge.

About 33% of the students majoring in engineering tech at the school are women while 67% are male.

La Jolla, CA

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend National University. It ranked #5 on our 2023 Most Popular Engineering Technologies Master’s Degree Schools in the Far Western US Region list. National University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the city of La Jolla.

Of the 43 students majoring in engineering tech at National University, 81% are male and 19% are female.

Of the 32 students majoring in engineering tech at Portland State University, 56% are male and 44% are female.
