Our analysis found Florida State University to be the most popular school for social sciences students who want to pursue a master’s degree in Florida. Located in the medium-sized city of Tallahassee, Florida State is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 122 students majoring in social sciences at Florida State, 51% are male and 49% are female.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means University of South Florida - Main Campus is a great place for social sciences students working on their master’s degree. USF Tampa is a fairly large public school located in the large city of Tampa.

Out of the 14 schools in Florida that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Florida landed the # 3 spot on the list. UF is a very large public school located in the medium-sized city of Gainesville.

Of the 55 students majoring in social sciences at UF, 47% are male and 53% are female.

The in-demand master’s degree programs at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University helped the school earn the #4 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular social sciences schools in Florida. Florida A&M University is a moderately-sized public school located in the medium-sized city of Tallahassee.

Of the 43 students majoring in social sciences at Florida A&M University, 33% are male and 67% are female.
