Out of the 18 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Florida landed the # 2 spot on the list. UF is a very large public school located in the medium-sized city of Gainesville.

About 73% of the students majoring in anthropology at the school are women while 27% are male.
