Located in the medium-sized suburb of Santa Barbara, UCSB is a public college with a very large student population.

Of the 90 students majoring in conservation at UCSB, 40% are male and 60% are female.

The in-demand master’s degree programs at University of California - Berkeley helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular natural resources conservation schools in the Far Western US Region . Located in the city of Berkeley, UC Berkeley is a public school with a very large student population.

About 73% of the students majoring in conservation at the school are women while 27% are male.

Out of the 38 schools in the Far Western US Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Humboldt State University landed the # 3 spot on the list. Humboldt State University is a medium-sized public school located in the remote town of Arcata.
