Our analysis found University of Georgia to be the most popular school for forestry students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Southeast Region . UGA is a very large public school located in the midsize city of Athens.

Of the 42 students majoring in forestry at UGA, 64% are male and 36% are female.

Gainesville, FL

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means University of Florida is a great place for forestry students working on their master’s degree. Located in the medium-sized city of Gainesville, UF is a public college with a fairly large student population.

About 48% of the students majoring in forestry at the school are women while 52% are male.
