Our 2023 rankings named University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh Campus the most popular school in the Middle Atlantic Region for gerontology students working on their graduate certificate. Pitt is a very large public school located in the city of Pittsburgh.

Of the 12 students majoring in gerontology at Pitt, 33% are male and 67% are female.

The in-demand graduate certificate programs at West Chester University of Pennsylvania helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular gerontology schools in the Middle Atlantic Region . Located in the suburb of West Chester, WCUPA is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Women make up 67% of the gerontology majors at the school.
