Lynchburg, VA

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Liberty University is a great place for homeland security, law enforcement and firefighting students working on their online graduate certificate. Liberty University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Lynchburg.

Of the 47 students majoring in homeland security, law enforcement and firefighting at Liberty University, 66% are male and 34% are female.

Out of the 54 online programs at schools in the United States that were part of this year’s ranking, Virginia Tech landed the # 3 spot on the list. Virginia Tech is a very large public school located in the small city of Blacksburg.
