To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Nursing program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found Western Governors University to be the most popular school for nursing students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Rocky Mountains Region . Located in the suburb of Salt Lake City, WGU is a private not-for-profit school with a very large student population.

Of the 3,210 students majoring in nursing at WGU, 9% are male and 91% are female.

It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Nursing Master’s Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region list. Of the 49 students majoring in nursing at Westminster College Salt Lake, 22% are male and 78% are female.
