Top 10 Best Nursing Schools
Our analysis found Yale University to be the best school for nursing students who want to pursue a degree in the New England Region . Located in the city of New Haven, Yale is a private not-for-profit school with a large student population.
Out of the 45 schools in the New England Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Fairfield University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the large suburb of Fairfield, Fairfield U is a private not-for-profit college with a moderately-sized student population.
The excellent programs at University of Massachusetts Medical School Worcester helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the best nursing schools in the New England Region . UMass Medical School is a small public school located in the midsize city of Worcester.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Boston College. It ranked #5 on our 2023 Best Nursing Schools in the New England Region list. Boston College is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Chestnut Hill.

University of New England ranked #10 on this year’s Best Nursing Schools in the New England Region list. UNE is a medium-sized private not-for-profit school located in the suburb of Biddeford.
