Our 2023 rankings named Purdue University Global the most popular school in the Great Lakes Region for information technology students working on their master’s degree. Purdue University Global is a fairly large public school located in the small city of Indianapolis.
About 15% of the students majoring in IT at the school are women while 85% are male.

Out of the 24 schools in the Great Lakes Region that were part of this year’s ranking, DePaul University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the large city of Chicago, DePaul is a private not-for-profit school with a very large student population.

Oakland University came in at #6 in this year’s edition of the Most Popular Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region ranking. Located in the suburb of Rochester Hills, Oakland is a public school with a large student population.

With a ranking of #6, Ottawa University - Milwaukee did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for information technology students working on their master’s degree.
