Our analysis found National University to be the most popular school for information technology students who want to pursue a master’s degree in California. Located in the large city of La Jolla, National University is a private not-for-profit school with a large student population.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools in California list. Located in the medium-sized suburb of Monterey, Middlebury Institute is a private not-for-profit college with a small student population.

About 15% of the students majoring in IT at the school are women while 85% are male.
