Our 2023 rankings named Cornell University the most popular school in the Middle Atlantic Region for hospitality management students working on their master’s degree. Cornell is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Ithaca.

Women make up 66% of the hospitality majors at the school.

Out of the 19 schools in the Middle Atlantic Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Culinary Institute of America landed the # 2 spot on the list. The Culinary Institute of America is a small private not-for-profit school located in the suburb of Hyde Park.

Women make up 59% of the hospitality majors at the school.

Out of the 19 schools in the Middle Atlantic Region that were part of this year’s ranking, George Washington University landed the # 3 spot on the list. Located in the city of Washington, GWU is a private not-for-profit school with a very large student population.

About 77% of the students majoring in hospitality at the school are women while 23% are male.
