To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Accounting program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Florida Atlantic University the most popular school in the Southeast Region for accounting students working on their master’s degree. FAU is a very large public school located in the small city of Boca Raton.
Of the 203 students majoring in accounting at FAU, 40% are male and 60% are female.

University of North Carolina at Wilmington ranked #14 on this year’s Most Popular Accounting Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region list. Located in the medium-sized city of Wilmington, UNCW is a public school with a fairly large student population.
