Our analysis found University of California - Los Angeles to be the most popular school for urban and regional planning students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Far Western US Region . Located in the city of Los Angeles, UCLA is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 57 students majoring in urban planning at UCLA, 35% are male and 65% are female.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means University of Southern California is a great place for urban and regional planning students working on their master’s degree. USC is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Los Angeles.

The in-demand master’s degree programs at University of Washington - Seattle Campus helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular urban and regional planning schools in the Far Western US Region . UW Seattle is a fairly large public school located in the large city of Seattle.

Of the 53 students majoring in urban planning at UW Seattle, 55% are male and 45% are female.

Out of the 18 schools in the Far Western US Region that were part of this year’s ranking, San Jose State University landed the # 4 spot on the list. Located in the large city of San Jose, San Jose State is a public college with a very large student population.

University of Oregon did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for urban and regional planning students to get a master’s degree. It came in at #7 on the list. UO is a very large public school located in the medium-sized city of Eugene.

About 60% of the students majoring in urban planning at the school are women while 40% are male.
